Mom's Miniature Drop Biscuits



This recipe is the same as Mom's recipe for sour cream biscuits, with the exception of using self-rising flour rather than Bisquick.  It's equally delicious and easy!  We like to make these in miniature muffin tins so that you can eat more than one and not feel guilty! 


INGREDIENTS:
2 cups self-rising flour
½ cup butter, melted
 1 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a 24 count mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
Mix the flour, sour cream and butter until well blended.
Drop spoonsful of the batter into the muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees F for about 10 to 12 minutes.
