I just love Italy! I just love Italian food! I just love Italian wine, Spritz con aperol, and prosecco! I just love Italian tenors! It's such fun to spend a Sunday afternoon cooking some of my favorite Italian dishes, sipping prosecco, and listening to Andrea Bocelli! Autumn's chill is in the air and the fireplace is lit.
